Ramona Web Designs is seeking sales partners for our agency. We're looking for individuals to join our team as independent cold-calling partners, focusing on service-based businesses across the United States.

Partner Compensation

• 10% commission on client's lifetime subscription

• Commission-only position (no base salary or hourly pay)

Target Market

We specialize in contractors and home service businesses (plumbers, roofers, landscapers, electricians, painters, solar installers, carpet cleaners, concrete/asphalt contractors, etc.). These businesses are ideal clients because they rely heavily on local SEO and strong online presence to generate leads. Our services provide excellent ROI, typically paying for themselves with just a few additional customers per year.

Your Role

• Find and cold-call potential prospects (great prospects are contractor businesses with no website, broken websites, or ones that could use a revamp - e.g. very poor design or practically no content that search engines can crawl and rank them for keywords with)

• Introduce our services

• Schedule interested leads for a follow-up call with our team

• We handle all technical discussions and closing

What We're Looking For

• US-based callers preferred

• Non-US based candidates must have excellent English comprehension and pronunciation

• Professional phone presence

• Self-motivated individuals

• Ability to understand and communicate our value proposition

Important Notes

• We can replace existing websites with brand new ones, we just don't edit or maintain existing sites

• We don't handle e-commerce projects

• All partners must be approved before making any calls

• Our service model is completely hands-off for clients, perfect for busy service companies. They maintain direct access to a real person who handles any issues, questions, or changes swiftly. With our retainer model, clients can focus entirely on their business while we manage their online presence. The service typically pays for itself with just a few new clients per year. Combined with our no-money-down and month-to-month no-contract plans, it's an attractive package for service professionals who want results without the hassle.

• While 10% commission might not seem substantial at first glance, when annualized (multiplied by 12), it equals or exceeds what other agencies offer. Unlike one-time commissions, this is lifetime recurring income. It requires work upfront, but becomes passive income once established, and can quickly snowball as you add more clients.
