All payments for our services are processed exclusively through Stripe. We do not accept cash or checks under any circumstances.

3. Payment Information and Autopay

To streamline our billing process and ensure continuous service, all clients must save their payment information for autopay setup. Rest assured, RWD and our accounting software, Hurdlr, do not have access to your card or banking information. This information is directly handled and securely stored by Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

Due to our flexible pause/cancellation policy and the absence of binding contracts, RWD does not offer refunds for any reason.

5. Pause/Cancellation Policy

Clients can pause or cancel their subscriptions at any time by contacting us via:

All pause/cancellation requests must receive a confirmed receipt from RWD. Upon processing, autopay will be paused or cancelled, and the website will be taken offline.

6. Ownership of Website Designs

RWD retains ownership of all website designs created by us. Upon cancellation of subscriptions, RWD will retain the rights to these designs.

7. Design and Content Rights

RWD reserves the final say on all website designs, copy, and content. We strive to deliver high-quality, professional results that meet your business needs.

8. Termination of Agreement

Both RWD and the client have the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason without penalty. However, any work that has been agreed upon and completed, but not yet paid for, will still be charged.

9. Limitation of Liability

RWD is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from the use of our websites. Clients agree to use our services at their own risk.

10. Modifications to the Terms of Service

RWD reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. We will ensure that the most current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
